First book was good, so I decided to continue on the second volume. To be honest, this second volume was a letdown to me. I didn't get any further information regarding to how and why this time loop happened. Only back and forth insecurities of the ML and FL which has started to feel repetitive and boring. It was very cliche for protagonists to always run away instead of talking to each other directly and that's what turns me off eventually. Not sure if I will continue to read the 3rd vol.

Probably my disappointment stemmed from my expectation that we'd see more sleuthing - this time by Vincent - to know exactly why our protags died (for the second time!) in the first volume. Instead I got lengthy bantering by horny, cringey teen characters, many of them I have no idea why I should care about. At least kudos for writing them sound... realistic. (I find it harder to sympathise with the version of Oriana here though.) I hope this is just a boring middle part to an intriguing beginning and a satisfying ending.

While the writing is definitely better in this volume, I'm disappointed that we didn't get any resolution to any of the plot points except Sharon. It kind of feels like this volume was only to lay the foundation of the next volume. I mean, I'm happy to get more of this story, but I'm sad that all we really got were clues and set ups for what comes next.
