Dakota Willink has given us a wonderfully believable storyline that spanned this 3 book series and kept you laughing, crying, and shouting at characters that feel like friends. Characters and stories are very well written and with emotion. With plot twists, and surprising villains. The super-hot chemistry between Alex and Krys, keeps you wondering what they will do next. The revelation of Alex’s haunting past will take you on a rollercoaster ride with a twist that will surprise you. Set in Stone is the end of this series and feels like saying good-bye to a close friend. I'm living in the belief and hope that there will be a spin-off series with Ally and Matteo. The story of Alex and Krystina continue in the third book of the Stone Trilogy. This is a continuation of their hot and steamy relationship as they navigate the obstacles life is throwing at them and his internal struggle with his past. The erotic and explicit sex scenes are woven expertly into the storyline. This story has much more raw emotions exposed and the character’s personalities continue to develop.I found this story touched me emotionally much more than the previous books.. This book nicely wraps up the loose ends from the previous books giving the reader a sense of completion. I found it an amazing ending to a great series. Alex and Krystina finally get their conclusion and what a wild ride it is. Secrets are revealed, trust is broken, and their love is tested. I was on the edge of my seat trying to turn the pages quickly because I needed to know how they were going to survive this. You need to read the first two before this one but you won't be disappointed.

About the author

Dakota’s love affair with reading and writing began when she was in the sixth grade. Competitive by nature, she was determined to win a reading contest and blitzed through every Sweet Valley High book she could get her hands on. As a result, she discovered her love for words. Since then, she dreamed of one day writing her own book, but put her aspirations on hold to focus on family and a career that would pay the bills. However, her heart continued to be with fictional characters – whether they belonged to a favorite author or if they were just stories that she made up in her own head.
