Five Stars without even reading it ...... Thank you sir i hear you say! .... The thing is, I never actually received the hard copy i ordered some time back, and for some silly reason didn't follow it up, then the next thing i heard was that it had gone out of print ...... so, even though this is turning out to be an expensive habit i'm sure it'll be worth every penny as i'm really looking forward to the read. If on the off chance you do remember posting a copy off to Amsterdam (there can't have been many) i'm now letting you know i never received it, but, perhaps you might consider donating the receipt for this electronic copy to that worthiest of causes, Tim's jar. Anyway, ill be sure to follow this up with an actual review when i've actually read it! .... so until then, Cheer mate!
