I got to learn about this book during my pre- marriage course. But I never went to read the entire book until almost 4 years later. While reading this book, I have friends coming to me tell me about their marriage problem. So I got to advice them base on what I read.. it's very practical. And I feel good when I see positive results.

I generally liked this book, both a few sections laid on the religious aspect really thick. Some other sections had "answers" lead by religious beliefs that I fundamentally disagreed with. Overall it was an informative helpful read.

My therapist made me read this stupid book. Turns out I was speaking his "love language" fine, he was just abusive. It's aight but seems kind of intuitive
