absolutely love this book, I myself am not vegan but we like to include vegan options within our diet, and it has helped getting my eating under control, as I am a diabetic, have high blood pressure and a myriad of health conditions going on, it has helped get my blood sugars in order and it has some beautifully delicious dishes that are a little time consuming but very healthy and are explosive flavour
