About the author

Bahar Dutt is an award winning journalist, conservation biologist, and author. She has spent two decades reporting on the biggest environmental stories of our times. Her trailblazing stories have won her the Wildscreen Award (2006) and the Ramnath Goenka Award (2007). The author of two books, she divides her time between the forest and the city. She dreams of a world soaked in the magic of nature for her two children, Aranya and Prakriti.
