About this ebook

An original ebook-only novella in the Splintered series, told from the points of view of both Jeb and Morpheus. Morpheus wants to know more about his rival for Alyssa's affections, so he digs into Jeb's memories of his time in Wonderland. But he may be surprised by what he finds. This brand-new story and perspective from A.G. Howard's dark, magical world stands alone but also provides a tantalizing glimpse of what's to come in Unhinged, the sequel to Splintered.

The Moth In The Mirror is a novella that go along with the main books of the Splintered series. This book is 1.5, Morpheus decides to dive into Jeb's memories and see what he can learn. Just like all the novellas in this series they are great for providing extra information that maybe didn’t need to be covered in the main books but is great for readers like me who really enjoyed all the nitty gritty details. It is short and easy to read.

It was really an addition to the first novel from different points of view. Very short but still good, including aspects that could be viewed as important in the rest of the series without creating a whole new story v line.

I honestly wish the book was longer but I think it did a good job elaborating on things we already knew from previous books in the series. I love Jeb even more because of this book.

About the author

A. G. Howard wrote Splintered while working at a school library. She always wondered what would've happened if Alice had grown up and the subtle creepiness of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland had taken center stage in her story, and she hopes her darker and funkier tribute to Carroll will inspire readers to seek out the stories that won her heart as a child. She lives in Amarillo, Texas.
