Luciano Lombardi, IT analyst, pianist, arranger, author and composer, writes instrumental music and songs, film music, soundtracks for cinema, theater, TV and radio.
Attended professional film music courses: in 1998, with a diploma of merit issued by Stelvio Cipriani; in 2013, "Modern Music Composition for Film" held by David Hentschel. In 2016 he obtained the "Professional Certificate in Composing and Orchestrating for Film and TV" at the Berklee College of Music and in 2017, the "Master Certificate in Orchestration for Film and TV".
Some of his works have been published on specialized channels or reviewed by well-known critics from the world of entertainment, in nationally distributed magazines: in 1998, participating in the "Sanremo Internet", the song "Vivere", was included among the five best, with review by the critic Mario Luzzatto Fegiz.
After university studies (Bachelor's degree in Statistics), he worked for a few years in a regional radio station in Rome as a speaker, audio technician and music manager.
Since 2005 he moved to Toronto (Canada), where he signed a publishing contract with the music production company Backstage Productions International.
He performs his pieces on the piano, in particular on the occasion of several events of the "Toronto International Film Festival".
Among the most relevant compositions, "Tema per Ennio", a piano piece dedicated only to Maestro Ennio Morricone, appreciated by the Maestro himself and used for the production of a documentary presented at the Italian Cultural Institute of Toronto.

Ha partecipato con merito a corsi professionali di musica per film: nel 1998, con diploma di merito rilasciato da Stelvio Cipriani; nel 2013, "Modern Music Composition for Film" tenuto da David Hentschel. Nel 2016 consegue il Certificato Professionale di Composizione e Orchestrazione per Musica da Film e TV ("Professional Certificate in Composing and Orchestrating for Film and TV") presso il Berklee College of Music e nel 2017, consegue il "Master Certificate in Orchestrazione per Film e TV".
Alcuni suoi testi sono stati pubblicati su canali specializzati o recensiti da noti critici del mondo dello spettacolo, su riviste a diffusione nazionale: nel 1998, partecipando al concorso "Sanremo Internet", il brano "Vivere", è annoverato tra i cinque migliori testi, con recensione del critico Mario Luzzatto Fegiz.
Dopo gli studi universitari (Laurea triennale in Statistica), lavora per qualche anno in una radio regionale di Roma come speaker, tecnico audio e responsabile musicale.
Dal 2005 vive e lavora a Toronto (Canada), dove ha firmato un contratto di edizione con la casa editrice e di produzione musicale Backstage Productions International.
Si esibisce in diversi contesti, eseguendo suoi pezzi al pianoforte, in particolare in occasione di eventi legati al "Toronto International Film Festival".
