About this ebook

When two worlds collide, can anything survive the Echo?

The apocalypse begins at two o'clock on a sunny Wednesday afternoon. Strange music emanates from the sky, mesmerizing everyone and luring us outside. Then the sky splits open, and terror rains down on the earth. Monsters rampage, ripping apart any living thing they see while powers beyond comprehension destroy my city.

I'm a librarian, not a warrior. But now I must find a way to survive and stop these monsters. How? By allying myself with one of the beasts. He calls himself Dax, and he claims I'm to blame for the end of the world. The only way he will protect me is if I give him my body. The scariest part is that I want to do it. He terrifies me. He hates me. But something about the gruff, angry beast of a man brings out a dangerous desire I never knew I had inside me.

But the Echo wants its due. Only the one who created it can save us now—or drag us deeper into the depths of hell.

Echo Power is the first book in the Echo Power Trilogy of dark, steamy paranormal romances. Coming soon in audio narrated by John Hartley & Stella Hunter.

I enjoyed this book. I really love Anna Durand's other stories so I decided to give this one a chance. It was exciting from the very first page and kept me wondering what was going on throughout almost the whole book. I loved reading the story of Allison and Dax and the apocalypse that happened during this time. I really liked both characters and liked the secondary characters as well. The book was exciting up until the very end and I can't wait to read the next book in this trilogy about Grant and the new woman he is attracted to. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the first story in the "Echo Power" Trilogy. It is a good paranormal read that is a touch on the dark side. I normally don't read stories in the post apocalypse genre but this one intrigued me. This is about Allison and Dax. It is a passionate read with incredible twists and turns. I enjoyed every bit of it and look forward to reading the next story. The writer promises more of Grant too.

This is the first book in new post-apocalyptic paranormal romance series. I am loving the world building and characterizations. I found the storyline to be intriguing. It has a great mix of banter, sarcasm, and magic. This is a strong start to this series.
