Ratings and reviews

Super quick read and satisfying! End wrapped up a little too quickly, but the characters were rich and alive. Content warnings as follows: casual sexism (in the form of familiar tropes) and the word g*psy used freely (a slur against the Romani people). Sexual assault in the form of a forced kiss, but that was worked out well enough.

This was a good story about love found, love lost, and second chances. Boone has closed off his heart and his emotions, but Maddie Rose has him all tied up with her cheerful and lively spirit. It takes courage to face an unknown future, and to discover a hidden past.

Good reading for me, I don't read too much but I liked this one this sounds like a good love story with a lot of action, It caught my attention.
