About the author
저: 이호리 도시히로
도쿄대학교 경제학부를 졸업하고 존스홉킨스대학교에서 박사학위를 취득한 후, 도쿄도립대학교와 오사카대학교에서 조교수를 거쳐 도쿄대학교 경제학부 교수가 되었다. 현재는 국립정책연구원 교수로 재직중이다. 20년 넘게 대학교에서 경제학을 가르치며 끊임없이 일본과 한국, 동아시아의 경제 상황에 대해서 깊이 있는 고찰을 내놓았다. 또한 권위 있는 경제 컨퍼런스에서 활발하게 자문을 하며 세계적인 석학으로 인정받고 있다. 저서로는 『당신이 낸 세금 어떻게 쓰는가』, 『재정재건을 미루면 안 된다』,『도해 거시경제학』 등이 있다.
