About the author

Pekka M. A. Pitkänen is Senior Lecturer and Course Leader of the Open Theological College course at the University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, UK, where he studied for his PhD. His thesis was published as Central Sanctuary and Centralization of Worship in Ancient Israel: From the Settlement to the Building of Solomon's Temple (Gorgias Press).
