About the author

Carlos Fallon is past president of SAVE International (Formerly known as the Society of American Value Engineers). He is also a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, the Mathematical Association of America, and the Canadian Mathematical Congress. He wrote the Chapter "Value and Decision" in the Amarican Society of Manufacturing Engineer's book, "Value Engineering in Manufacturing" and the Chapter on Value Engineering in McGraw-Hill's Industrial Engineering Handbook.
