This is the third book in Lizzy's story and it picks up where the last one left off - with Theo assigned to be Lizzy's Dom in Mannix's absence. Theo has no intentions of being a Dom to Lizzy and only wants to get her away from his half brother Mannix. Theo has five days before Mannix returns to convince Lizzy to break her contract and get away from Mannix. Lizzy is so deep in herself thinking she deserves the pain and torture that Mannix gives to her, that she is hard to convince. Theo is your nice guy, he has ethics and morals and he's not willing to compromise them, but for Lizzy he will. He will play dirty to get her to leave Mannix, then she can make her own decisions. After a few days, he breaks through, but when Mannix returns he swears to kill Theo to keep Lizzy. Lizzy runs away from both of them. The story continues in Burning Bright.

I have really enjoyed this series, with so many twists and turns. There were a few grammatical errors and word ommisions, but overall I am really impressed by the content and writing style of Blair Babylon. I enjoyed Rae's story and devoured Lizzy's with gusto. Looking forward to part 4 of the story and cannot wait for release.

What is Lizzy going to do now? She has been left with Theo for the week that Mannix is out of town. She will try to be a sub for him but Theo doesn't want a sub, he wants Lizzy. They have five days together, will they both survive? Theo wants to get her away from Mannix before he really hurts her or worse, kills her. Their week consist of clothes shopping for Lizzy, lunches, dinners, a trip to the courthouse to watch Theo do his thing as a lawyer. Will Lizzy realize that she can be free of Mannix? Can Theo help her even if he looses her? What will Mannix do if he looses her? This story keeps getting better and better.
