Love Conquers is a prequel short story in the Crush series, although all books in the Crush world can be read as a standalone. This is a hot romantic story with a guaranteed happily ever after. Expect steamy times, strong language and fun! Oh, and an old friend who pops up repeatedly.

The timeline is confusing. The two main characters were introduced as husbands at the beginning, but then later, at seemingly the same age, get married. When the two main characters first meet, in a flashback, Rich says he's got his own place and invites James back to it with him; but then later they're both at Rich's parents place and getting kicked out because of homophobia, so then Rich has to find a place to live. There's just a lot of confusing contradictions, and in a short story like this, it makes it not worth any time to read or space on your device.
