About this ebook

Will two lost souls find strength in each other?

A cheating fiancée and a backstabbing best friend are not the worst of my problems. When my brother dies, I'm thrust into the life of a single parent. In over my head, I'm forced to seek help from the lawyer who fights me every chance she can.

Avery Arrington is a smart-mouthed, feisty woman, who can win my case. Powerful, intelligent, and sexy, I want her in ways I've sworn off for good.

But right now, it's all about my nephew. He's my top priority--the only thing that matters. Now, I have to put all of my faith and hope in Avery to save me—save us. I rarely trust anyone. But the truth is, without Avery, I'd be lost.

Praise for Lost without You:

Tara, Goodreads reviewer"Lea Coll has completely outdone herself in her brand new release, the second standalone in the beautifully complicated Annapolis Harbor series. Lost Without You was a steamy, emotional, intense romance that hooked it's claws into me deep, fast, hard and after the very last word, well, I still felt everything that they gave me. Avery and Griffin *swooooooon* captivated me in every single moment they had on the pages and whew, that book hangover they gave was very, very real." Brianna, Renee Entress's Blog

"Lost Without You is an incredible romance read about two broken souls and the love that heals them and is a definite must read for anyone looking for a sexy-sweet, slow burn romance. TBR this incredible book and get to know Griffin, one of my Top 5 Book Boyfriends of 2020." -Judy Ann Loves Books

Avery did not know love. Her parents never showed any affection or love to her. They sent her brother away so she never even experienced love of a sibling. Her ex called her cold. But was she cold or protective of her heart. No one ever took the chance on her to see beneath her protective layers. She found it hard to trust people. Griffin too has trust issues. After breaking up with his ex because she cheated on him with his best friend and business partner. Now he is appointed guardian of his nephew because of the death of his brother. Griffin felt something different with Avery. Something he never felt with his ex. He was willing to see where it goes. He understood her reluctance but he stood strong and unlike others he wanted to go beneath her layers. He knew she wasn’t the cold woman her ex accused her of being and he was determined to show Avery how wrong her ex was. I loved how Declan played such an important role in their story. Avery understood what Avery was feeling. Unlike Declan Avery still had her parents but they could have been non existent. They were not supportive, not loving, and all around useless. Declan’s mom left when he was 3 months old and his father just died in an accident. Both of them were alone, so she understood him. It created a bond that she never expected. To me it helped to open her heart to know what love was. This story will have you glued to every word and find hard to put down. Make you a believer in love. If something is worth fighting for it is worth the risk.

This is one of those stories that you should read where you won't be disturbed. It will cause bouts of out-loud laughter Moments where you experience small drops of liquid pain on your cheeks Smiles, lots and lots of smiles followed by little sighs of contentment As you can imagine doing these things in a public place without visible cause could lead to a little white room Avery and Griffin ... where do I even start? Both are walking vials of pain and heartache topped off with hopes and dreams and they somehow ended up in the orbit of one another. Fate is a tricky little muse! Avery has always felt less than and she has learned to hide it well. She is successful a little crowd shy but she has her shell in place and is protected... until Griffin. He sees her. The real her. The misdirection. The fleeting moments of hurt in her eyes. Griffin has experienced his own betrayal and loss and he is currently swimming in uncharted waters. He really does not have time for a relationship he just needs a little assistance. But Avery? Avery calls to him on a soul-deep level and he finds that he wants, needs to have her a part of his world. Can Avery drop her walls and let Griffin in? Can Griffin see past the betrayals he has experienced and let Avery in? What about the little man?

Avery and Griffin have both been through tough times, the storyline was heartfelt and will have you feeling emotional. Avery is an attorney and Griffin is her landlord. He needs her help after his brother dies in a boating accident. These two have wonderful chemistry, their bantering was entertaining and wonderful to read.
