About this ebook

Fall for my bodyguard? As if. Let the big, grumpy hunk protect me from a stalker only to marry a stranger? Well… desperate times.

Dad hired Mr. Tall-Dark-and-Brooding to protect me. Dylan takes his job of playing my shadow a little too seriously. The walking wall of muscle sees me as an assignment, but his rare smiles and stolen kisses make me swoon. I go weak at the knees when he gets all possessive and jealous. Dylan is the last man I should be falling for. I'm meant to marry for business, but I'm falling for the man hired to protect me.

DYLAN

Protect the heiress I'm paid to guard? My duty. Resist the heat burning between us? Easier said than done.

My SEAL career ended too soon thanks to injury. Now I've got a second chance serving as security. Gemma’s stubborn yet alluring. She gets under my skin, and when our forced closeness ignites passion, we agree it's only physical–no strings attached. The only way to protect Gemma from the stalker is by breaking protocol. Compromising the mission could cost me everything. For the first time, someone matters more than the job. And her name is Gemma.

This book is part of the multi-author SEAL Team Alpha series featuring the intriguing, fast-paced, steamy, forbidden bodyguard romance between Dylan and Gemma. Gemma's father hires Dylan to protect Gemma from a stalker right before her arranged marriage. Gemma doesn't want anything to do with her wedding, but it's supposed to save her family's business. When Gemma and Dylan meet, they're both instantly attracted to each other. However,Dylan takes his job of protecting Gemma seriously. Dylan needs to start over after an injury forces him out of the SEALS. You're also not supposed to become involved with your clients. What's a man to do when he's torn between his duty and his feelings? I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this intriguing,fast-paced,steamy, forbidden bodyguard romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book. Lovely bodyguard romance. This was a lovely story. Dylan and Gemma were both very likeable characters with great chemistry and heart. I found the suspense and intrigue created by the stalker added interest, and the two epilogues ended this short tale nicely. Dylan has been hired to protect Gemma from a stalker before her wedding. The problem is it’s an arranged marriage and Gemma does not want it. She knows she can bring her father’s business back from disaster without relying on a wedding to bring in cash. As Dylan and Gemma get to know each other they realize they are in love. What can they do to save that love, with Gemma’s stalker on the loose and her wedding on the horizon. This is a well written, intriguing and suspenseful story. Loved it
