Richard MacManus is the founder of technology blog ReadWriteWeb (RWW). As ReadWriteWeb’s founder, he is widely recognized as a leader in articulating what’s next in technology and what it means for society at large.

Bubble Blog, a memoir and Richard’s third book, was serialized during 2023–2024 at Cybercultural, Richard’s website about internet history and its impact on our culture. His science fiction novel, Presence, was published in September 2016. His first book, Trackers: How Technology is helping us Monitor & Improve our Health, was published in December 2014.
