About this ebook

Sleepy little North Bend just woke up.

The newly promoted Sergeant Jade Monroe, and her partner, Detective Jack Steele, have just been informed of an unidentified male body found at a local lake. The town is in an uproar. The victim was nearly decapitated, and murder simply doesn’t happen in North Bend.

As more bodies turn up, the single connection between all of the victims becomes clear—it’s Jade, herself.

With each new victim getting one step closer to Jade, time begins to tick away. She must find the person responsible before her loved ones, or herself, are targeted next.

Good book (finished reading in 5 hours flat) but some glaring edit errors and a few continuity issues in several places that had me re-reading to see if the editor or I made the error in understanding. I did enjoy the story but felt it was a bit rushed at the end ie. more could have been made of Ambers story.

I would'nt write if idont like it.By the way this book shares countless ways to survive murder.if you couldnt take it weird i want this to translate in a series not for chapters but for seasons.Books are fundamental but yet this well help us, some words here are difficult to understand but if this could be translated in a series i think more people will produce an interest about this book.Such viewers will like this if you show a good ending.

Good story line and well written. The only spoiler was continued reference s to food in too much detail. I appreciate that all stories need 'padding' but I personally found it distracting. Sorry to sound negative but still a good read.
