I own the three previous books in this series and loved them all. I received a copy of this, the 4th installment of the series, in exchange for my honest review. Let me start by saying Melanie Tomlin created an amazing world for this series and filled it with wonderful characters. Her prose is delightful and Melanie is one of my favourite authors. She succeeds where so many authors fail. The goal of every fiction writer is to put the reader inside the mind of their protagonist and have them experience every emotion the character feels. Melanie achieves that goal with ease. It is such a delight to read a book where you feel everything the character experiences.

Angel’s Body—the fourth installment of Angel Series—is another thrilling novel that would make your soul shatter— a story full of forgiveness, love that has been lost and butterflies—lots of butterflies that will make you cry.

About the author

Melanie Tomlin was born in Beeston, England. At the age of three her family moved to suburban Melbourne, Australia, where she has lived ever since. When she was twelve her parents bought her a typewriter, and she wrote her first novel that very same year. She still has the typewriter, which is somewhat worse for wear, but that first manuscript is now nothing but a distant memory. Her current writing project includes the fifth book in the Angel Series. She lives with her son and two dogs in Melbourne, Victoria (Australia).
