About this ebook

There isn’t anyone in Laurel Bay he hasn’t been able to charm.

But charming a baby is a whole different story.

Life has never been better for Jamie Donovan. But then again,it's always has been good to him. And now that it’s his turn to take charge of the family pub, he truly feels like everything in his life is just the way it’s supposed to be. Or it was until an early morning knock on his door ended with a baby on his doorstep. The man who can normally charm his way out of any situation doesn’t know the first thing about taking care of a baby and running a business. And so he turns to his siblings for help.

And once they tell him their solution, he wishes he’d never asked for help.

Fallon Murphy has always prided herself on being good with people. In all her life, she’s only met one person she hasn’t been able to get along with. Unfortunately, their parents are best friends and avoiding him just wasn’t a choice. When his sister calls stating an emergency, the last thing Fallon expects is to find an abandoned baby – one that belongs to Jamie. As much as she’d love nothing more than to see Jamie fail at something, she would never put an innocent child at risk.

They’re rivals.

Sworn enemies.

And now…roommates.

Can one small baby help turn adversaries into lovers? Or maybe even…a family?

Four and a half stars Jamie Donovan and Fallon Murphy have been butting heads a long time. Decades, in fact. CHARM ME is the fourth in Samantha Chase’s Donovan family series, and in this book, charmer Jamie has absolutely come face to face with the situation and person he can’t actually charm. Samantha Chase brings Jamie and his loving if sometimes intrusive family to life, and Fallon ends up in the middle of all this as she’s trying to find her own best way forward. They realize relativ

This is a great standalone written by Samantha Chase. I like it so much that I'm wanting to go back and get the books prior to this one just to get to know some of the characters better. I smiled and laughed during parts of this, but many times my heart was tugged. Tugged hard. This book gives us a lot of great tropes...enemies to lovers, accidental pregnancy, single dad, nanny, small town, and many siblings. I loved it. Great read!

The sparks have always flown between Jamie and Fallon but when baby Asher is added to the mix, then a truce needs to occur. I had a hard time liking Jamie, he annoyed me at times and I wanted to shake some sense into him. His about turn with his feelings towards Fallon seemed a trifle to fast but then this is a romance book. I did admire the growth Jamie went through and the relationship he developed with Asher melted my heart.
