An Adam Fletcher Adventure novella just in time for the holidays!

Christmas in Beaufort picks up right where The Stolen Bride (Book 5) leaves off. Adam and his friends return to Carteret County after their unexpected adventure to New England. When they return, Adam finds out a lot has happened while he was away. His best friend, Martin, is now engaged to be married, but there will be no wedding unless Adam can help him clear his name of a serious allegation. To top it all off, Christmas is just around the corner, and with a dinner party planned at the Topsail Tavern, Adam has a lot to accomplish if there is to be a happy holiday season in Beaufort.

Christmas in Beaufort includes bonus content. That's like stocking stuffers in book form!

About the author

Sara Whitford’s third-great-grandfather wrote their family lineage in a worn old copy of Robinson Crusoe. Adventure, literature, and history are in her blood.

Ever since she can remember, she has been fascinated by the intriguing past of the coastal North Carolina region that has been home to her family for centuries. How could she not be, with stories of intrepid explorers, Indian kings, and ordinary Bath town boys-turned-pirates–like that notorious sea rogue known as Blackbeard?

In her Adam Fletcher Adventure Series, Whitford weaves together colonial-era tales that incorporate true life (but often little known) historical facts with stories and characters inspired by her own decades of research.

She scribbles down Adam Fletcher’s latest adventures between homeschooling her teenage son and doing endless research.
