Four adventurers step through a wardrobe door and into the land of Narnia, a land enslaved by the power of the White Witch. But when almost all hope is lost, the return of the Great Lion, Aslan, signals a great change . . . and a great sacrifice.

This ebook contains the complete text and art. Illustrations in this ebook appear in vibrant full color on a full-color ebook device and in rich black-and-white on all other devices. This is a stand-alone read, but if you would like to explore more of the Narnian realm, pick up The Horse and His Boy, the third book in The Chronicles of Narnia.

I respect what the Brother was trying to do with The Screwtape Letters ... creative thinking outside of "The Box" will always be interesting to me, but I enjoyed The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe much more. It also promotes his chosen Faith, and was also outside of the box. This story was full of fantasy, frightening at certain points, and fun for the whole family. Heavy if you read into it, but still a good tale for young readers.

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is a fantastic, quick, and easy read. I enjoyed the book thoroughly and really appreciate the Christian themes placed throughout the book. Although not as good as the Magician's Nephew, this book is still a very good one.

Absolutely wonderful my kids love reading and even though they are so young 5 and 3 years old they are so into it. A perfectly written novel for all ages to get lost in the adventure.
