About the author

Currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Timor. As an LPDP Awardee, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (Unissula) Semarang, with research interests focusing on strategic human resource management and labor economics.

Currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and is an active member of the teaching staff. He is presently pursuing a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) at the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (Untirta) to further enhance his academic expertise.

Is a senior academic and lecturer currently serving as the Chairman of the Faculty Senate. The Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) was obtained from Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), Semarang. Possesses a strong track record in implementing the higher education tri-dharma (teaching, research, and community service), evidenced by the productive publication of books and scientific articles in both accredited national journals and reputable international journals. In addition to a dedication to teaching and research, academic contributions are also demonstrated through active roles as a reviewer for accredited national journals and strategic involvement in various professional and scientific organizations.

Currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Dakwah Management, Faculty of Dakwah and Communication, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Walisongo Semarang. He holds a Master's in Management from Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) Semarang and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (Unissula) Semarang, with research interests focusing on contemporary dynamics of strategic human resource management.

Currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Timor (UNIMOR), located in North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. His research interests focus on strategic human resource management, marketing strategy, organizational performance, and contemporary financial investment literacy.

Her research interests focus on financial management, capital market dynamics, financial literacy, and micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) management.

is an alumna of the English Education Department, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. She is active as a member of Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and the Branch Executive Council (DKC) of the Pramuka Scout Movement, and also contributes as an editor for a contributed volume published by PT Literati Global Network. Her interests include English studies and youth development.
