For three euphoric days Naia DeVoe has basked on an exotic island with her mysterious vampire lover. Cortez lights up her world and brings out her darkest fantasies. He is proving to be everything she ever thought to dream of in a lover.

Unfortunately she has more than one dark secret that could ruin everything, and she worries that Cortez might already know them. Could Cortez have ulterior motives for sequestering her away from his club? Could he be keeping her from discovering his nefarious schemes? She doesn’t want to believe it.

Meanwhile, dangerous loan-sharks are breathing down her brother’s neck, and they only have weeks to pay up before things turn deadly.

On top of all that, the siren in her is growing restless by the day. Naia’s control is slipping and she’s running out of time. She must decide how much to trust Cortez, and what to do if she can’t.
