I expected more in terms of the implicity of this book, but the results that ill get will be more important than rating such a simple book. My journey starts Sunday so lets pray that thus works for me. Lots of planning and early preparing, these maybe the area I been failing at. Bernadette

Easy to follow...simplified meal plans with a wide range of snack options. View meal week plans prior to starting. Not prior planning hindered my meal plans towards the end as the weekly plans changed.

I am very thankful to Dr. Ian Smith for showing me this wonderful way of living. I began this journey six weeks ago today at 277 lbs and today I am 256 lbs (smiling and crying)! Thank you so very much!
