Taylor's Legendry Heart is Book 2 in the Sweethearts of Country Music series featuring Taylor, the keyboardist in the Lipstick Outlaws. When she encounters some trouble with an ex-boyfriend, she calls on her longtime friend Eddie. Three years have passed since they last saw each other, and Eddie has become a singing superstar. When they meet again, it seems the years apart have taught both of them some valuable lessons. These lessons are the very heart of the book. I always enjoy a Victoria Pinder story and this one has become one of my favorites. It is a sweet, clean romance with down-to-earth characters that are lovable and loyal and made my heart squishy! Great plot and HEA ending make this a 5-star read!

I knew all the time I was reading this, I'd read it before, but it was so good, I just kept reading! I especially remember the curly blonde doctor, Patrick, that Taylor's parents had invited to dinner when she came home with the guy she went to High school and Juilliard with, the English tea-drinking rock star, Eddie. Unfortunately, Taylor was hung up on not breaking Eddie's heart as his parents had by not being there for him. She was busy with her Sweethearts' band as her song by them just made number one on the charts. They had a contract for the next year and she could not accompany him on his year and a half tour on the other side of the world. So she gives him his ring back! Will Pinder bring us to a HEA?

Clueless Taylor and her too attentive best friend, Eddie, reconnect in this slow burn, contemporary romance. 3.5 stars
