Ratings and reviews

The story line and plot is good. There are small misspellings and missing words in several places so the editing needs more work. The characters needed a little more development, and would have liked to see Jack have a few wins in this first book. He also needed more development of his sexual life. The name of the book really doesn't fit the story, I am hoping that it comes more clear in the rest of the trilogy. Good cliff hanger to encourage to read further books. For the most part it was good.

I liked the book and character development, although at times the story started to get a bit slow. I am interested in reading the following books to see how it all comes together. Hopefully the next two delve a bit deeper into Tora's past and Jack's darker desires.

Great setup for why both Jack and Tora want revenge!! Their attraction to each other is just icing on the cake -- what will they do about it? Can they stay away from each other? And will they get the revenge they want and need, for entirely different reasons? Tora's revenge is probably going to open a Pandora's box of trouble. Will Jack be able to protect her? Can't wait to read more!!!
