A compehensive happiness book. it offers many easy ways to happiness. after reading it i realized that happiness inside me was greater than i thought. i am happier now.

About the author

Dr. Nizamettin Kaya was born in 1961 in Uzunköprü, Edirne, Turkey. He completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning at Ankara University’s Faculty of Educational Sciences and in the Department of English Language Education at Uludağ University’s Faculty of Education. He graduated from the Master’s program in Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Uludağ University Institute of Social Sciences and earned his doctorate in Measurement and Evaluation in Education at Ankara University Institute of Educational Sciences.

He served in various roles within the educational institutions of the Turkish Armed Forces as a teacher officer, including guidance counselor, head of the R&D section, head of the quality improvement section, and staff officer. He retired in 2002 with the rank of lieutenant colonel.

Currently, he manages the “netsentez” platform, writes blog articles, and works on e-book projects.

Reading books, listening to music, taking long walks, and meditation are among his favorite activities.
