About this ebook

A bold new interpretation of the Tao Te Ching that reads Lao Tzu's eighty-one verses through the lens of the Tamil Siddha tradition. Drawing on the legend of Boganathar—the alchemist-sage of Palani—this book reframes the core ideas of Daoism using the yogic science of Shiva and Shakti, Prana and Kundalini, and Wu Wei as the effortless state of the awakened yogi.

Each verse pairs the classic public-domain translation with original Siddha commentary, decoding Yin and Yang as the masculine and feminine polarities of universal energy and the Dao as pure consciousness itself. Part esoteric philosophy, part practical guide to inner liberation, this is comparative spirituality for readers of Daoism, Kundalini yoga, Hindu mysticism, and Eastern wisdom traditions.

The Way has always been open. Step onto the path.

OrishaUniversity.com and these books represent the restoration of what was taken from our people. The 256 Odu of Ifa are the original operating system of human consciousness. Oluwo Jolaoso Osainbola has done what many generations prayed would one day be done. My full endorsement and blessing from Ile-Ife, the source of all.
