Manoj Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Food Technology at Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, where he has dedicated over two decades to teaching, mentoring, and developing academic resources for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
He holds B.Sc. Ag & AH and M.Sc. in Food Technology from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar. He has also pursued Ph. D. programs GBPUA&T, Pantnagar, NDRI Karnal, and Bundelkhand University, Jhansi; however, due to administrative and procedural challenges, the formal degree could not be completed. Despite this, he has successfully undertaken extensive research coursework and project work in the field of probiotics and fermentation technology.
As the developer and webmaster of Institutional website (iftbu.in), he actively contributes to digital academic resources. He is currently engaged in the development of online lectures, students profile, training & placement, syllabus& curriculum etc. designing to support students of the Institution.
Mr. Kumar’s technical and IT expertise is extensive—spanning Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Front Page), graphic and multimedia editing (Adobe Photoshop, video and audio editing, animation, AI applications), Android rooting & flashing ROM, Wii Home-brew, PS4 Jail break, Web design and hosting via IIS, google sites and word press, software installation and troubleshooting, network configuration and sharing (DNS, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, SAMBA, Plex, Remote Desktop etc.). He is also skilled in computer hardware assembly, windows installation and mainten ance, reflecting a rare combination of academic and technological proficiency.
