About this ebook

“Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.” —Sir Walter Scott

Prostitution is legal. Money is openly worshipped as a religion. Children of the elite are grown in artificial hosts instead of their mother’s womb. Ultimate luxury hotels supply their clientele with AI sex droids created solely to fulfill every fantasy. Stupendous wealth is a moral imperative—not only to sustain, but grow, by any means necessary. Human life is disposable.

Dolly, Keisha, and Tanja are three human sex workers trying to make it in a world where living flesh is becoming obsolete. Sarcastic, bawdy, and completely loyal to each other, the women work the streets and cheap hotels every night while Kyle, their driver, keeps a protective eye over them.

One day, awakened by one of her chronic nightmares, Dolly goes for a jog in an attempt to clear her head. Finding herself in an unknown area, she accidentally stumbles onto a terrible secret which soon puts all their lives in danger. Now they must run from a ruthless, unstoppable enemy who has eyes and ears everywhere.

About the author

I am a Writer/Artist in New York. I’ve done work for the Alice Tully estate, illustrated a coloring book for Paul Newman’s Double “H” Hole in the Woods ranch for kids with cancer, made displays for the Long Island Shakespeare Society, have work on permanent display at the Russian Tea Room in Manhattan, written a memoir (out for publication soon) where nine readers said it helped them to not commit suicide. I wrote and illustrated the children’s book Hurt Magic to help kids deal with the wounds bullying and/or abuse cause. I used to teach art therapy at an abused children’s home. I was good at it because I was one of them. So, you can do two things with a manure pile of memories: drown in the stink or turn it into compost and grow a garden. I used my past to help those kids, to help anyone I can. That’s what my books are for. That’s what I love to do. And I’m good at it.
