PS.There is no Armenian genocide. If ur a historian write a book about it. im more than happy to buy n read. If not, seek some advice from historians

Just what I needed. While reading book and since, have made marked changes to my live that have had a significant positive impact. Understanding how your brain and body works and how it affects your daily life enabled me to make changes that I'm now confident will be with me for good.

After a unconscious suicide attempt I was on a quest to improve my life. This book was recommended by a psychiatrist I was seeing before my overdose. Depression and anxiety can be overcome and easily if you do the work. This book will give you the tools you need to make a positive change in your life.

ARDEN, Ph.D., is the author or coauthor of eleven other books, including Brain-Based Therapy with Adults and Brain-Based Therapy with Children and Adolescents (with Lloyd Linford), Improving Your Memory For Dummies, Conquering Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (with Victoria Beckner), Consciousness, Dreams, and Self: A Transdisciplinary Approach, and The Heal Your Anxiety Workbook. He is Director of Training in Mental Health for Kaiser Permanente in Northern California where he oversees training in twenty-four medical centers, and where over a hundred postdoctoral residents and interns are trained each year.
