This review is of Deadly Deceptions by Lori Sjoberg. I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book has everything: stabbings, shoot outs, car chases, a few things I won’t spoil by mentioning, and of course romance. This was one of my favorite reads and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! You don’t need to read the other books in the series, but after reading this one, why wouldn’t you?

A*R*C for honest review with no compensation Deadly Deception is book 6 in the Six Point Security series by Lori Sjoberg and so glad to be back with the Flints and friends! Up next is Jackson and Essie who met, married and divorced but neither can move forward to find happiness. They meet up again when Essie almost dies at the hand of her mentor..who is determined to snuff out a mafia princess who turns out to be Nina Flint. Awesome read! 5+ stars!

I was always a believer in the saying "you can never go back" but Essie and Jackson prove that you most certainly can. They were madly in love but ended up divorced, something Jackson deeply regrets and to be honest neither of them can move on with their lives. It's Jackson Essie turns when an assignment goes wrong. Her mentor plans to take out Nina Flint, a mafia princess. As Essie and Jackson work closely together to thwart his plans and save Nina, they realise that they still love each other
