An Anniversary Angel on Christmas Eve by Jennie May

Ali and David should be celebrating their first anniversary on Christmas Eve, but instead, they are about to get divorced. When Aunt Lori decides to visit for the holiday, she brings them the secret of her long-lasting, loving marriage. Can Ali and David use it to be just as happy?

A Little Christmas Wish by Jessica Lynne

When a recently divorced woman confides in her Labrador her Christmas wish to become a little girl for a day, she is surprised to wake on Christmas Eve to find her wish has come true. Not only does she get to be 'little' but her Daddy is a hot elf from the North named Bailey, a true Daddy Dom.

Her Christmas Mountain Rescue by Kitty Graham

As Kara snowshoes through the winter beauty of the backcountry, both calamity and providence befall her. Mountain man, Ethan (Tan) Young, finds Kara in duress and extends wilderness hospitality to Kara during a furious blizzard. Tan finds he wants to put aside his cynicism to help her learn to face her problems head on rather than run away from them.

Aurora’s First Christmas by Melinda Barron

For newly married Aurora Coleman life is perfect. She has a fantastic husband who is also the perfect Daddy. But when her estranged parents show up at Christmas time, Aurora knows they think she has money now, and want a piece of the action. It's up to Aurora and Holt to keep them from ruining what could be a perfect Christmas.

Her Christmas Cottage Daddy by Shelly Douglas

Marcus, Jennie’s boss, believes Ari Grossman’s new health and wellness spa in the Catskill mountain territory of New York is the quintessential resort, and the perfect place for introspection. And he makes it clear to Jennie that the woman who rents a room in one of Ari’s private cottages will be cared for day and night by a man who will teach her what it truly means to be respectful. A man she will call, Daddy.

Jennie May, Melinda Barron, Shelly Douglas, Constance Masters, Jessica Lynne and Kitty Graham wrote stories for this anthology, and there is not a bad one among them. From Montana to Texas, to Colorado, to the Catskills to the North Pole, their settings are as varied as the stories themselves. Each heroine is looking for something more, and is blessed by a Daddy for Christmas. The stories sure put me in the holiday mood! You're just one click away from a really good collection. I recommend this one enthusiastically. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

All these stories have a similar theme and yet no two of them are alike. They cover a broad spectrum of emotions and characters, but each and every story comes down to the caring dominant men and the feisty women who crave their loving guidance. I can’t say I loved them all. I don’t have a good track record with bratty heroines, and I noticed there were several in this anthology that pushed that hot button in me. I also found that there were a couple of stories that pushed me just that tiniest bit too far out of my comfort zone to the point where I wasn’t able to fully immerse myself in the story. My favorite was the novella in the Rescue Ranch series, probably because I’ve read the other books and am already invested in it. I loved getting this peek into what happens after their happily ever after. I received a complimentary copy of this book through Booksprout.

Loved this little set of short stories. Laughter and tears throughout my reading. Also I found a few authors in this collection I had not read before so it was exciting to get a taste of some new reading opportunities. These stories do get explicit but they are not over run with it so they are still great stories.
