Just read the book and found it quite amusing. The author did not have a single reference there , so you can be sure all written is from pure life experience. Although, he did use some of the axioms from "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" of Stephen Covey, but probably they are no longer in need to be cited. Cynical, sometimes harsh but definitely down to earth .... Also might not work everywhere in the world...still think that people and men in particular in Europe are less "destroy everything on my way to success" than their counterparts in North America...If you want to delineate what it is that drives men in North America, then the picture painted by Mr Flett will be quite impressive to help you in that.
