About the author

Jimmy Hasudungan Sianipar adalah konsultan yang berpengalaman selama lebih dari 24 (dua puluh empat) tahun membidangi pekerjaan konsultan real estate dan telah menangani studi atau riset di berbagai sektor real estate seperti perkantoran, ritel, apartemen, hotel, villa, dan perumahan di berbagai lokasi di Indonesia. Beliau menamatkan S1 Jurusan Teknik Sipil bidang Struktur dari Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya.
