Such a great read couldnt put it down! Loved the main character so real with raw tragedy woven into mystery, Liked the many supporting characters and most not the usual rich, attractive types but real everday people with problems and a job to do. The bad guys were super twisted but a story woven in that actually makes you understand their tragedy too. If you like cop thriller, complexity, mystery packed with a great story line even a tragic one you will love this book. The writting is excellent too! Im not a fan of cursing in my books this had a few and thankfully they left anything about God in negative cursing out.

Glad to see a stand alone story as I get tired of authors with numerous books with the same characters.

Came across the book and got the free sample and was impressed with how far I was able to get into the book before committing to purchase. Even though I knew I would buy it by 10th chapter. First time reading this author and thoroughly enjoyed this book.
