For this book filled with kindness and gratitude. I've been struggling a lot with my inner critique and tensed body over so many years and just recently I started meditating. I benefited from sporadic meditation sessions with an awesome app here and there while my burnt out mind and body were not very cooperative... This book help me regain my insight and continue building my new habit, meditation. I do it more often than before and I'm quite content. Thanks a lot.
