About the author

Sandra Rojas is a sales expert, consultant, and entrepreneur passionate about achieving success through strong, meaningful relationships. Originally from Medellín, Colombia, and now based in Baja California, Mexico, Sandra has spent over a decade refining her expertise in sales, marketing, and business management, with a focus on Latin America. With experience in more than 20 countries, she brings a global perspective that enables her to excel in diverse and ever-evolving markets.

Throughout her career, Sandra has consistently surpassed sales targets and successfully expanded emerging markets. She has held key leadership roles in organizations ranging from startups and regional companies to large multinational corporations. Sandra is known for her expertise in public relations and building long-term connections that foster recurring business and lasting partnerships.

Sandra earned her degree in International Business from EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia. She also holds Master’s degrees in Commercial Management and Marketing from Antonio de Nebrija University in Spain and EALDE Business School. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Neuropedagogy at the European Postgraduate Center.

Currently, Sandra leads three companies, two of which she co-founded. In these ventures, she applies her strategic mindset and entrepreneurial vision to drive sustained growth and make a positive impact in their respective markets.

As a speaker, Sandra shares her expertise on topics such as education, technology, sales, and market development at academic and industry events. Over the past year, she has trained and led more than 120 salespeople and advised companies on selling their products and services across 10 countries. Sandra is also deeply committed to her community, serving as the Executive Vice President of VIDE, the Ibero-American Volunteer Organization for Student Development.
