Very interesting material for people with celiac diseases. But, this information can probably be use in everyone's diet, due to problems that wheat products cause. I think obesity is caused by a lot wheat consumption in our diets as well.

I found this to be helpful, I am thinking of getting tested. I have quite the aversion to oats and rye. I also had lymphoma when I was 23. So now I am curious if there is a connection. What if I had this problem since I was a kid and I really never knew it?? Great book good suggestions for eating.
