Pity that when you spend money on a book there are so many basic spelling and grammatical errors. Could never have been proof read. Good core principals though and I have increased my sales using them.

it was my very first 'selling' read nearly 25 years ago and remains my all time favorite. i read this book once every 12-18 months. i need a new copy.

Although this book has a lot of grammatical errors in the beginning, i would still like to give it 5stars. This book gives an indepth view of salesmanship, and the appropriate steps to closing a sale. It is something worth reading for all sales people.
