About this ebook

Read the bestselling series with over 100,000 books sold and over half a

million downloads...

Leigh Anne Davis has never really had a life of her own choosing. She’s

always been the girl who does what she’s told. Except that time two years ago

when she shocked everyone in the small town of Fairhope by breaking up with

the richest guy in town and heading off to Boston to follow her dreams.

It was the single most exciting thing she’s ever done for herself, and it felt like

the start of something big...Until one terrifying night ripped it all away.

With no place else to go, Leigh Anne heads home to reclaim what’s left of her

old life. On the outside, she seems like the same reliable girl everyone knows

and loves. But deep inside, she’s hiding a terrible secret.

That’s when she meets Knox Warner, a troubled newcomer to Fairhope. His

eyes have the same haunted look she sees every day in the mirror, and when

she’s near him, the rest of the world fades away. But being with Knox would

mean disappointing everyone all over again.

If she wants to step back into that old life, she has no choice but to say

goodbye to him forever.

Only, the Trouble with Goodbye is that sometimes it’s about courage and

sometimes it’s about fear. And sometimes you’re too broken to know the

difference until it’s too late.

This series is complete! Each book can stand alone, but the series is best

enjoyed in order.

1. The Trouble With Goodbye

2. The Moment We Began

3. A Season For Hope

4. The Fear of Letting Go

5. A Life With No Regrets

While I could guess what had happened to the protagonist before it was revealed, and a partner like Knox is probably hard to find, I still enjoyed the story. It was so real: Your story conveyed feelings I and other women have felt when experiencing the aftermath of sexual assualt, as well as the type of support and belief that is needed when reporting these type of incidents. Thank you for creating an empowering story.

So here's an honest review about the book. The three stars, by d way, represent what I think about the book, 'Its ok.' TBH, I would have expected a much better novel by Sarra Cannon than this, it's not her best. Beautiful demons or sacrifice me, for instance are FABBB. They're practically masterpieces! But this book just didn't do it for me. Sure, the narrative was awesomeness as expected, the setting was great, and the characters were emotional (which totally works for me). But..... The romance was too quick, too much of a fairytale type romance, the plot itself was tiny, and I've had this book for six months now, and I still haven't finished it. Which does show how it didn't capture me really. I know I'll have protestors, because the book is about a rape victim, and her life is portrayed very Beautifully, but the very fact that its supposed to be a one time read and it's still in my library and has been for six months says enough. I am in love with the peachville high demons series, and those books are much longer, and I completed all eight and sacrifice me books in just a month. You can just judge how exciting it must've been!!! So here's it-there was something missing. But that's okay, because I still know what a Fab author Sarra Cannon is.. And theres nothing that can really erase that image from my mind.....

Was a very interesting book and I'm glad she opened up and find someone who love her no matter what, I'm especially happy that after one and a half years she didn't let Burke get away with he did to her. Still can believe her mom only cares about her what people would think about her and the family in the town than how her daughter feels and what she has been going through after what happened to her.

Her novels often stem from her own experiences growing up in the small town of Hawkinsville, Georgia, where she learned that being popular always comes at a price and relationships are rarely as simple as they seem.

She is a devoted (obsessed) fan of Hello Kitty and has an extensive collection that decorates her desk as she writes. She currently lives in South Carolina with her amazingly supportive husband and her adorable son.
