Im a bit of a grammar nazi, and this book pushed me to my limits. I liked the plot premiss, but it was hard to follow at the beginning and there were so many spelling errors and incomplete sentences. I gave up by the fifth chapter.

This fourth novel of Dark Protectors series is as heart-rending, suspenseful, sexy, and addictive as the preceding 3. (NOTE: MUST read first three in series before this one! CANNOT be read as stand-alone.) Kudos to author to keep me wanting more but still offering up the mini hea for two amazing shifters, Jordan & Katie. We get teasers to Maggie's story with the Bane's Council dude (Tannet?); more frustrating teasers such as, 'what is Jase's fate?' & 'will they ever find a cure for virus27?' & 'Who's mate will be the longed- for Demon Destroyer?' (because you know she will!) & 'Will Moira be okay?'; insights on Noah, Baye, Max(?), Lion- shifter brothers, that hint their stories may be coming soon; Continuing stories on the happenings with our favorite royal family from preceding novels; and of course, much new information (while still not nearly enough) on the Kalin- Janie- Zane storyline that runs as primary theme throughout the series.

Very good. Love how the series follows this group of family & friends who are warriors.
