About this ebook

He’s made a career out of exposing the truth.

This time, it might get him killed.

When journalist Herman Ingram receives a mysterious package, he expects another conspiracy theory.

Instead, he finds a scientist’s confession—along with evidence of a plan to poison an entire city’s water supply.

The scientist has vanished.

The facility denies everything.

And Herman is now the only person who knows the truth.

As he digs deeper, the story begins to unravel into something far more dangerous than he imagined. Powerful forces are working behind the scenes to bury the evidence—and silence anyone who gets too close.

With time running out and the water set to flow, Herman is forced into a race he may not survive.

Because exposing the truth is one thing.

Staying alive long enough to tell it is another.

KILL THE MESSENGER is a fast-paced conspiracy thriller perfect for fans of Willow Rose and Karin Slaughter—where one man’s pursuit of the truth could cost him everything.

About the author

Jeb Bohn is an award-winning author of dark fiction, suspense, and thrillers.

His passion for storytelling began early, scribbling short books for his mom. Though adulthood shifted his focus to other pursuits, Jeb never lost the urge to create, occasionally crafting short stories for himself without any intention of sharing them publicly.

That changed in 2014 with The Last Cigarette, a story that reignited his drive to publish. While balancing a day job and family life, the pull to write continued to grow stronger.

In late 2017, during a difficult period of mental health struggles, Jeb experienced vivid, haunting dreams. One such dream—waking up alone in a vast hospital, stepping into chaos beyond its walls—became the inspiration for his novel Kill The Messenger.

Today, Jeb focuses on creating immersive, character-driven stories that explore the bizarre, the macabre, and the deeply human. He believes that no matter how strange a plot may become, it’s strong, well-written characters who anchor a story and bring it to life.

Beyond writing, Jeb is a proud father, a drummer, and a passionate fan of music and hockey.
