About this ebook

Alec Grayson returns home to Falcon, Alabama, to rebuild his life after a knee injury ended his NFL career. As the Falcon high school quarterback coach, Alec's love for the game is reignited. Meanwhile, he puts his hard-partying past and the betrayal of the people he trusted most behind him, and adopts a hard demeanor. That is, until a spitfire artist with soulful eyes and a body that haunts his dreams gets under his skin and threatens to crack his armor.

Lilliana Hancock is forced to leave her struggling-artist lifestyle in New York and return to Falcon after her father's unexpected death leaves her a decrepit family mansion. Determined to use her skills to turn the home into a successful bed and breakfast, Lilliana is stopped at every turn by the town contractor, who happens to be Alec, the gorgeous and arrogant jock to whom she lost her virginity in college. Except Alec doesn't remember, which infuriates her. Too bad she can't forget the way his body felt against hers or how his heated gaze follows her...

Will they be able to put their pasts behind them for a future together?

Alec had his world changed in an instant. In that one second he lost something he had dedicated his whole life to. The people he trusted, the sport he loved all let him down. Who wouldn't be bitter. So he retreats to the place he left behind. Lilianna returns home to deal with family matters and decides to make it a permanent move. A change of career, starting a new business and coming face to face with a blast from the past is all a part of small town living. I requested an ARC of Melting into You from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. This story moved me in a number of ways. It is a story about appreciating the opportunities that are opened. People change, circumstances change but the beauty of life is that there are always new directions to explore. Great read.

After an NFL career-ending knee injury, Alec Grayson is back in his hometown of Falcon, Alabama. When his career ended he found out who his true friends were as well as discovering a heartbreaking betrayal by his family. Now he lives his life alone never getting to close to anyone. Working his day job and coaching the quarterbacks at the local high school is enough for him. That is until Lilliana Hancock blow into his life. She's in Falcon trying to restore the family mansion and turn it into a B&B. After spending the last few years in NY as a struggling artist, she's ready for something new. When long ago crush Alec Grayson shows up at her door to do an inspection things really get crazy for both of them! I really loved this story! While there is a wonderful romance at the core of the story there is so much more. That's what is enjoyable about this series of books. If you haven't read the other books in the series, no problem. Each stands alone. The characters are great and the pace is perfect. Definitely a must read. I highly recommend it.
