About this ebook

My violent desires are harmless.

My fantasy tends to scare most women away, but my daydreams never hurt anyone.

When I find Mona, a mysterious artist with similar sensual needs, we indulge in roleplaying.

It seems like I found my dream girl.

But while we grow closer, Mona’s desires become more extreme, and my primal cravings become harder to control. As her secrets are exposed, it’s increasingly difficult to tell right from wrong, hunter from prey.

I’m not actually supposed to hurt her, but then I realize Mona isn’t just playing along with my fantasies: she’s playing with me.

And I refuse to be her toy.

Author’s Note: This is a horror story with explicit content. It slowly builds to a violent conclusion. An extended content list is located on the author’s website. Reader discretion is advised.

I received a copy, and I am leaving my honest review. Someone cue -> "I never knew that existed." I've read some crazy stuff from Audrey, but this definitely takes the meat cake 🤣 This story was just as crazy as Kent. I truly didn't expect anything with Mona until the bandaged hand and foot, and even then, I still wouldn't have guessed her intentions. This is definitely what I want when someone says erotic horror story. Also, I really love how everything was tied into the story with the depth of the 'art description', that's truly when we see Mona's true colors and Kent's spiraling realization.

Audrey Rush really knows how to keep her readers on their toes—and maybe even make them lose their lunch. The plot weaves together eroticism and cannibalism so seamlessly, you’ll almost forget that consuming human flesh is generally frowned upon. It’s the perfect read for anyone who has ever thought, “You know what would spice up this love scene? A little light cannibalism.” 😈 In short, “Morsel” is an unforgettable feast for the senses, though maybe not the faint-hearted or the queasy. 5 stars

ARC Read! This book was so good! Did it make me gag? Yes. Did it make me question my morals for being so fascinated by it? Also yes. I really liked how this book built up to the big ending! As well as the writing in this is phenomenal! I also liked how developed the characters were and how they kind of leapt off the pages. Check your trigger warnings! I've only read Skin from her and this is definitely way darker so tread with caution. 10/10 I would read another book from Audrey again!
