Two too many corpses! As a necromancer, Doctor Stacey Barnes has a distinct advantage at her pathologist job for the Paranormal Police Department. She isn’t the only one there with special talents. Dr. Gabriel Rook, her best friend and also a talented necromancer, often helps with crime scenes and autopsies when needed. This latest case rouses her special interest. Two bodies where there should only be one! This book has an intriguing plot with some interesting twists and paranormal action.

Both Stacey and Gabriel are necromancers, and while trying to figure out how they feel about one another, they are also trying to solve a murder. This supernatural mystery keeps you guessing right up until the very end, while taking through some fascinating insight into the work of a coroner. Grave Mistake takes place between books seven and eight of the Amethyst's Wand Shop Mysteries, and it's really good. I liked this story, it's a different view of the crime since Stacey and Gabriel are both pathologists, and necromancers. I've wondered about what they get up, this was a great look into that. I recommend this, even though it's just a novella that doesn't have to be read, I think it's a fun read. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
