Loved the mythology, the sexy falling in love, and the twists and turns. Tamara drew me into her crazy life from the beginning. She’s so innocent, in a way. She knows about the supernaturals, but doesn’t push to get involved with them. She loves her family even though they neglect her. And then her life turns upside down. The wild dangerous trip does not end the way I expected it, but with open doors to so much more wild craziness. And maybe some love. I voluntarily reviewed this Booksprout.

First off, my ratings. 1 for no. 2 for meh. 3 for good. 4 for I love it. 5 for forever want to keep it in my collection and keep re-reading it. In the past the best rating I have given for a book by this author has been a 3. This book is the best one I have liked so far. I enjoyed reading it. I realized who was against the mfc very early on, but I think we were ment to and it didn't spoil the story. Even the cliffhanger (which we were told there was one in the book blurb) was interesting, it will be exciting to see how the next book turns and twists. I recommend this one. Tamara has been implicated in the fire that took the lives of her family. They may not have been the closest or warmest of families but they were hers.
