Alot of dumdasses who don't pay attention. YES it does ask you to buy the book after reading a few pages of the sample, but if you look at the cost when proceeding it is $0.00! Overall this a good quick reference guide, especially for those of you new to Android. However, I find that searching on YouTube for quick tips on using Android and/or specifically Android Kitkit 4.4 is probably better if you are looking to get a quick intro to. Obviously, the aforementioned dumbasses should probably too...

When one attempts to read the guide, it stops the user and informs them he or she must purchase the book, as they have reached the end of the preview. Regardless if you have downloaded it, stored it on the device, attempt to purchase (in which case one will be alerted to the fact they already own it), the notification will appear. Thank you, Google, for cataloging innumerable books from across the globe, and for showing us you can't provide your loyal users with their own device manual.

Somehow I just have a sample of this free book. After a few pages it says to continue reading I need to "buy" the book. When I do, it won't let me because it says the book is already in my library. Welcome to Google books.
